Our AI receptionist provides automated triage, appointment booking, and invoicing on your clinic's own WhatsApp number. It is a tool to assist your practice, not a replacement for your own professional judgment or your team's oversight — you remain fully responsible for the actual clinical care and business decisions made for your patients.

Subscriptions are billed monthly (currently ₹5,999/month per branch for up to 5 branches, and ₹4,999/month per branch for every branch when a clinic has 6 or more, with a monthly allowance of 1,000 chats per branch — a chat being one pet parent's conversation over 24 hours; adding or removing a branch changes the amount from your next monthly charge), after an initial 7-day free trial. Additional chat top-ups are available for purchase within a billing month. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, with no partial refund for the remaining days.

You're responsible for keeping your clinic's information — hours, doctors, pricing, emergency contact details — accurate and up to date, since patients rely on this information through the AI. You're also responsible for your own compliance with WhatsApp's and Meta's own business messaging policies for the number you connect.

We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that every AI-generated triage response will be clinically perfect — this is why a genuine emergency should always be escalated to direct human attention, which the AI is built to encourage, not replace.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate WhatsApp's messaging policies, misuse the platform, or fail to pay for an active subscription.

Users are expected to communicate honestly and treat both the platform and other people using it with care. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
