One thing worth knowing: WhatsApp's provider (Meta) charges its own small fee per message sent from your clinic's WhatsApp Business number — the first 1,000 replies to pet parents each month are free, then about ₹0.12 each. Meta bills this to you directly, not through us, and it isn't included in the ₹5,999/month above. Your dashboard shows a live estimate.
Running more than one branch? ₹5,999 per branch for up to 5 branches (e.g. 3 branches = ₹17,997/month). From 6 branches, every branch drops to ₹4,999 (e.g. 10 branches = ₹49,990/month). Each branch gets its own 1,000 chats a month, and your bill updates automatically when you add or remove a branch.
