Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial: every new clinic gets a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends at no cost.

Monthly subscription: you can cancel anytime from your clinic dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — the AI receptionist keeps working until then — and there is no partial refund for the remaining days of a period already paid for.

Chat top-ups: a top-up applies only to the month it was bought in and does not carry over. If you bought a top-up by mistake, contact us on WhatsApp.

All refunds are processed back to the original Razorpay payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect.
